Sony’s E3 conference may not be until tomorrow, but they’re already revealing news! Tony Buckley, game director for WipEout HD, has revealed a new expansion pack called Fury via the PSBlog.

The WipEout HD Fury expansion pack will increase the content of your current game with 8 new tracks, 13 new ship models and 3 new game modes, 2 of which will be available for online play! In addition there will be new trophies to attain, a re-styled front-end and a selection of new & improved multiplayer functionality!

After failing epilepsy tests earlier in the yeat, Wipeout HD is here, but with a serious warning before you’re allowed to play.

“ Always play in a well lit environment. Take regular breaks, 15 minutes every hour. Discontinue playing if you experience dizziness, nausea, fatigue or have a headache.

“Some individuals are sensitive to flashing or flickering lights or geometric shapes and patterns, may have an undetected epileptic condition man may experience epileptic seizures when watching television or playing videogames.

“Consult your doctor before playing videogames if you have an epileptic condition and immediately should you experience any of the following symptoms whilst playing; altered vision, muscle twitching, other involuntary movement, loss of awareness, confusion and / or convulsions.”

Now that’s what I call a warning. So, if you’re feeling anywhere near ill/sick/a bit headachey, it has been demanded you stop playing. We’re all used to the smaller warnings, but nothing as serious as this one.
