MSXbox World has the first ten minutes of Final Fantasy XIII in plain’ ol’ English! Not that Japanese moonspeak you saw before.
Not only that, the Collector’s Editions for the PS3 and 360 have been revealed in fancy CGI fashion. Revel in the majesty (thanks, VG247)!
Final Fantasy XIII is out March 9th. THAT’S TWO WEEKS FROM RIGHT NOW.
Left 4 Dead 2 has been out, what a few weeks, and already the sexually laced soundbites are popping out of the woodworks. The same thing happened with Left 4 Dead, resulting in the humorous, yet somehow a bit tasteless video, Left 4 Bed.
Now, we’re proud to bring you Left 4 Bed 2, starring Coach and Ellis.
Thanks to Sammy for the tip-off.
Guys, do you have girlfriends? Could it be you spend a wee bit too much time on your console rather than paying attention to your girlfriend? I would advise you to stop, put the controller down and give her more than a few minutes, or something like the following video just might happen to you.
Some girl decided that she was fed up with her boyfriends video game addiction and decided to take action. So she promptly smashed his Xbox 360 with a golf club, hoping this would send a clear enough message. But not only that, she decided to post it online, allowing all of us to enjoy her rather feeble and girly, but heartfelt(?), attempts at destroying an Xbox 360.
Being the big nerds that we are (come on, who are we kidding, really!) we’ve all heard the term Rickrolling. A lot of us have probably been subjected to a Rickroll, or we’ve Rickrolled some of our closest friends. Personally I’ve been Rickrolled at least three times, twice in real life.
However I have never seen a Rickroll as incredible and as cruel as the one I found online today; a prank I wish to share with you all.
This is one of the most far out, yet most awesome thing I’ve seen on the internet all day.
For those not in the know, a YouTube user have been creating his own versions of Super Mario World levels that plays themselves and makes music as a result. They’re fun, crazy and at times kinda confusing to watch, but the final result is a pretty awesome experience.
This time it’s Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now” being played by four different Mario levels running simultaneously. I’ll be quiet now so you can watch it and behold the awesomeness.
Miss Microsoft’s E3 conference? Never fear, we have a recording of the Microsoft conference below as well, for you to watch, courtesy of GameSpot.
Highlights included… well… take your pick!
A new video from DCU Online shows the various ways you can rip off your favourite heroes and villains and run or fly around Metropolis.
The video shows a lot of freedom as far as character customisation does. Just don’t create “Catman” and expect to get away with it.
DCU Online is out for PC and PS3 this year, but I can’t be the only one wishing this would come out for Xbox 360 as well.
You can watch it here.
Capcom have just released the Japanese cinematic opening for Street Fighter IV.
Here’s the video for you to enjoy, in all its awesomeness.
Nintendo is preparing to launch a new channel for their home console called the “Wiinoma Channel”.
Wiinoma is the much awaited video channel for the Wii and will feature “family oriented content” like cartoons, quizzes and educational programming, exclusive for the Wii.
Most of the content will be free to download (with ads, mind), though some programmes will cost a few Wii points.
The channel will be launched in Japan this spring, while the rest of us will have to wait until the end of the year.
They might not look the same as in the previous version, but they’re still Ghostbusters.
The graphics are more cartoony than their “next-gen” counterparts, but the game still looks like fun. The Wii version was built “from the ground up” according the developers Red Fly in the following 10-min video.
Be nice and thank NintendoEverything, children.
A celebrating Obama’s presidency has been created in LittleBigPlanet.
It’s pretty neat, so check it out.

Ever consider starting a podcast? How about one with video? How about one where you comment on a game you have never played before? How about naming it after an old school game? Well you can’t do that because that’s our idea. But you could do a vidcast.
In our episode 02 preshow you get to see us setting up for our podcast and learn a little about how we do it. It’s a little rickety, but you will get the idea. Hope you enjoy.
Check out the video here.
P.S. Once again, excuse the video quality.
Since the release of Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, rumors of which rock legends the Guitar Hero franchise is going to honor next. Recently, a video confirming the rumors showed up on YouTube.
Gamespot reports that the trailer is real, and is a hidden feature in the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of “Guitar Hero: World Tour”.
Sackboy takes on the role of Faith, as he jumps and runs his way through LittleBigPlanet levels designed after the Mirror’s Edge game.
Looks like these are gonna become a regular thing…
This was just so cute I just had to post it. A gamer, known only as “DimmuJed” used the level creator in LittleBigPlanet to propose to his girlfriend.
They’re now happily engaged, according to his YouTube profile.
