Poor engineer. With the Sniper vs. Spy update, and the WAR update bringing weapons to both the Demoman and Soldier, he has been left all alone. Luckily, that’s about to change.

Valve has released a teaser trailer of the Engineer in his workshop, building something and cackling for himself, and then Valve promising that “It’s your turn”. Watch it embedded after the jump.

I’m not much of an engineer player myself, partially because I get bored sitting around baby-sitting. However, the new weapons always seem to encourage an additional play-style, so hopefully this will make it a more attractive class for me and anyone else who have been neglecting him.

The Secret World is still no closer to an official release date, but Funcom is slowly turning the wheels of their PR machine, cranking out artwork and releasing teasers.

And one of these teasers will be brought to you today! There’s really not much going on except for a man discussing the “darkness of this world”, the promise that “secrets will be revealed” on March 25, an abandoned town and something that looks a lot like… Cthulhu?

According to a post from the official Capcom twitter feed, Capcom is working on a game sequel that will, and I quote: “BLOW YOUR MIND”.

And that’s pretty much it, really. Speculation has begun around the internet, with suggestions such as MvC3, Onimusha, Strider and Breath of Fire bubbling up on various forums. No one knows what’s going to happen, so keep your fingers crossed.

A next Metal Gear is… this is the cryptic message on a page on the Kojima Productions website. Check out the image and see what you thiink.

The internet detectives among you have likely concluded that a green power icon can only signal one thing. That the game will require electricity! or needs to be turned on at least, but lets hope its not a iPhone game.

No one knows why this teaser was posted like this and why Mr Kojima takes so much pleasure in taunting everyone but lets hoping its something good!

After months of waiting, Naughty Dog have finally let everything out of the bag on the sequel to Uncharted: Drakes Fortune. The new game will officially be called “Uncharted 2: Among Thieves”.

The first trailer released shows a beaten-up Nathan Drake trudging through a snowy landscape and picking up an artefact, But thats it.

The next issue of GameInformer, involves a teaser and is a little more helpful.

“Nathan Drake returns with a whole new adventure which revolves around the 13th century explorer Marco Polo and his voyages,” says GameInformer. “The new PlayStation 3 title will add a free climbing mechanic and stealth gameplay. Players can also expect all-new locations, characters and a focus on the game’s story.”

A lengthier trailer will be shown during the 2008 Video Game Awards show, airing on December 14, 2008, at 9:00 PM (pacific – 5am UK) on Spike, says Naughty Dog.
