Fighting games have had something of a resurgence in 2011 with the very successful release of both Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Mortal Kombat. Yet many feel there’s one franchise missing. Late in December of 2010, Namco Bandai Games‘ Daishi Odashima tweeted that Soul Caliber would return, asking fans to “get ready”. And it might be announced sooner than you think.
