During Nintendo‘s exciting and rather confusing reveal of the Wii U, Satoru Iwata exitedly talked about Nintendo franchises set to be released on both Wii U and 3DS. He may have been a bit over his head. One of said franchises was Super Smash Bros., Iwata said would be coming to both Wii U and 3DS. But development on the game hasn’t even started.
Kid Icarus: Uprising, announced by Nintendo at this year’s E3 is shaping up to be part bullet hell shooter and part hack’n'slasher, and I’m completely fine with that. But according to the game’s director this was an intentional way for Uprising to address a lack of creativity in the gaming industry.
