Sucker Punch are back doing their InFAMOUS thing it seems, but this time they’ve brought the IP to the newly announced Playstation 4. Titled InFAMOUS: Second Son, the trailer for this newest entry in the franchise gives little away of its gameplay (controlling a whirling blood hurricane of death seems like a fair bet though), but nevertheless tries to makes up for it with notable bombast; showing off the new, […]

That’s what everybody did in Grand Theft Auto 3, right? Get your “health” up with a hooker, then beat her up for your money back? I know I’m not the only one. ANYWAYS, after a delay back in late July due to presumably a music licensing issue, the game is set for release on PSN tomorrow, 9/25. No price has been announced for GTA3 yet, but I’m going to guess it’ll […]

Yesterday, Sony dropped the gameplay trailer for Evil Cole McGrath in Playstation All Stars Battle Royale. Gamespot also just dropped an exclusive reveal, announcing Raiden. We’re all not surprised that they’re in the roster, but it’s nice to get some gameplay of them and to hear Seth Killian’s sexy voice on the Raiden video. Hit the jump to see Evil Cole and Raiden’s official Sony gameplay trailers.

At the latest panel on Playstation All Stars Battle Royale, Superbot Games announced Jak and Daxter and Cole McGrath as playable characters. Also, each character in the game will have their own story, ending, and “rivalry” according to Hamza Aziz from Destructoid. More characters will be announced at Gamescom next month. Sony has up and bought InFamous and Sly Cooper creators Sucker Punch. The studio has been producing these two PlayStation-exclusive IP's for over a decade now, and frankly, I was kind of surprised that Sony didn't already own them.

What’s there to say about this? You can get the Greatest Hits edition of inFamous for a pretty sweet $10 through Best Buy. You even get free in-store pickup, but I’m sure even shipping it out would still qualify it as a steal. Better grab this while supplies last and before inFamous 2 comes out!

It's that magical time of year again, kids. E3 is but a week away, and that means announcements and rumours of hot new titles. Today we learned about two follow-ups to some of 2009s most acclaimed titles.

Sucker Punch has confirmed that inFamous has finally gone gold, i.e. the game’s development is complete and ready to ship. “One word: GOLD,” said the developer on his Twitter page. The dramatic and explosive superhero-esque title is a PS3 exclusive, and is due out in US at the end of May, with Europe getting the title in June.
