During last year’s Tokyo Game Show, SEGA announced a horror game built around the Microsoft Kinect. Very little details surrounding Rise of Nightmares existed at the time. Though with the help of the ESRB, we now know the game will get an M rating, meaning it will be full of blood, tits, gore and cursing. Thanks to a new interview up on THQ’s website, we’re finding out more details on Del Toro’s involvement with the game Insane and just how deep this horror game goes.

It started with Steven Spielberg and Boom Blox: a movie director going into game design. This continues with one of my favourite directors: Guillermo del Toro. Del Toro has confirmed to MTV that THQ will publish his first title, tentatively scheduled for release sometime in 2013.
