Kirby Mass Attack was announced during this year’s E3, and recently the official website was launched. And wherever there’s Kirby, there’s massive amounts of cuteness. Unfortunately for now, the website is only in Japanese, but by simply clicking around you can find quick gameplay clips with dozens of Kirbys palling around. After the announcement of the Wii U during E3, many gamers have been wondering how many controllers the new system will support. It turns out you will only be able to use one Wii U controller per Wii U system. According to Nintendo this is to save costs.

If you’ve been listening to The Gaming Vaultcast during the last couple weeks, you can totally tell that we’re completely nuts about Assassin’s Creed. This new trailer only makes our underpants strain even harder at our excitement for Assassin’s Creed: Revelations.

Continuing our E3 trailer extrrrrrrravaganza is a Wii title I didn’t even know was coming. Kirby Wii was first announced back in 2005 and was assumed cancelled until recently. Kirby Wii appears to be a return to true form for the little pink fluffball, complete with nomming enemies and stealing their powers. Also there’s four player multi-player. The announcement of a new Hitman title was a welcome one for many, but no footage from the game has been revealed yet. Thankfully, there’s been a big E3 trailer released, and it looks daaaaamned good! SEGA is still trying to wring something worthwhile out of Sonic, and the marketing hype for Sonic Generations is slowly building up. A trailer was recently released showcasing even more of Sonic Generations’ gameplay, this time featuring a dash through the game’s city level. One minor gripe, though: why does Sonic need a skateboard/snowboard? Can’t he just run faster on his own? Check the full trailer after the cut.

It’s still E3, and for all of those not able to attend the convention itself, various publishers and developers are releasing a metric butt tonne of trailers for upcoming games. Here’s a small selection of first party Nintendo 3DS and DS games to come in the following year.

Undoubtedly the strangest game of E3 2011 so far, Killer Freaks from Outer Space, was announced as a Wii U exclusive during Nintendo’s third-party developer round table. Touted as “a light-hearted FPS”, Killer Freaks will take full advantage of the Wii U controller.
