Square-Enix and developer Eidos Montreal have just popped out a new trailer for the forthcoming and rather enhanced version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution on Wii U. The trailer for Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut showcases the improved visuals, the retooled boss encounters, The Missing Link DLC and the neural hub; a brand new interface unique to the Wii U version of the game which allows easy access to [...]

According to a listing on Amazon, it looks like the Wii U will be receiving a souped-up version of 2011′s cyberpunk action RPG Deus Ex: Human Revolution on May 7th. Titled Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut, the Wii U version of the game looks to pack in the Missing Link DLC that was released alongside other additional content and use of the Gamepad as a “neural hub”. Earlier on the week, Square-Enix registered a trademark for ‘Deus Ex: Human Defiance‘ that got gamers around the web, including yours truly, embarrassingly moist with  naive and giddy anticipation that an announcement of a new game in the sci-fi series was nigh. As it turns out, according to this domain registration by CBS Films (the folks who are attached to produce the recently revealed live action film), Deus Ex: Human Defiance is the name [...]

For those of you who enjoyed 2011′s Deus Ex: Human Revolution (and that should be bloody all of you because it was the mutts clangers), it looks like a sequel might be on the way after Willaims Powell, the trademark attorney’s of Square-Enix, filed a trademark application for something called Deus Ex: Human Defiance. While I normally don’t post about sales on Xbox Live since most of them require a gold membership, this week, along with the Deal of the Week of Crimson Alliance (gold only sale), a bunch of digital content from Square Enix is on sale for all members.

I never danced for this.

Yesterday, a new order came from the higher-ups at GameStop in light of the coupon pulling from the latest Square-Enix title, Deus Ex: Human Revolution. As of now, all PC copies of the game are to be taken from all stores’ shelves and placed in a back room to not be sold. PS3 and 360 copies are still available for sale, and pre-orders for PC versions will be fulfilled, but [...]

On purpose. In what can only be described as “despicable,” a mass order to GameStop employees has gone out to remove all OnLive codes from PC versions of Square-Enix‘s newly released Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
