One of the best games of 2012 and certainly, a vision of the RTS genre performing at its zenith, XCOM Enemy Unknown has now been confirmed to arrive on iOS later this year by publisher 2K Games. Best of all, this will be no cut-down version of the celebrated strategy title but instead will be the ‘full-fat’ experience that PC and home console owners have been savouring for months. The [...]

According to ESPN, Take-Two, the new custodians of the WWE license, will release their first entry since they took over the franchise from failed publisher THQ this Autumn under the guise WWE2K14. If the numbering convention used in the title seems familiar  that’s because it is; 2K Games has utlised the ’2K’ branding throughout their sports titles such as the NBA2K and NHL2K offerings and as such going forward, the franchise will [...]

“Are you afraid of God?” asks Elizabeth, “No, but I am afraid of you”, replies a fearful Booker De Witt. If there was ever any doubt about just how central Elizabeth is to the storyline of Bioshock: Infinite, not to mention the extent of her awesome powers, than the newly released ‘Lamb of Colombia’ trailer for the game should ably put such thoughts at rest. You’ll find the excellent new trailer after [...]

“What is Columbia if not another Ark for another time?” A new trailer for BioShock Infinite movie-fies the upcoming spiritual sequel to the one of the highest-rated shooters ever to be released. Irrational Games shows off a bit of Columbia while offering a bit of mystery about Elizabeth, the title’s young lady with a supernatural gift. Check out the new teaser after the cut.

Spoilers are included obviously, so don’t read beyond this point.  In fact, if you are adverse to spoilers why in the blue heck are you reading this article anyway? Still here spoiler lovers? Good. Publisher 2K Games has confirmed that Bioshock: Infinite will shift from its late February release next year to a month later on March 26th. The reasoning behind the delay has been that the developer wanted to fix some more bugs and add a little more polish to the game before it ships. in my opinion, when we’re dealing with a release of this magnitude, I say let them have all [...]

I love Bioshock. I even really liked Bioshock 2. I was REALLY looking forward to Bioshock Infinite, and I still am, but I must say that I can’t help but feel ashamed for such a uniquely visual game to have such a generic actionbro cover. Check out a full sized image of the terrible, terrible artwork after the jump mixed with a generous helping of patented Joe Cam Bitching™. Bro.

Question: With fall ending and the impending doom of winter drawing near, how will one keep themselves warm at night? Answer: EXPLOSIONS! Gearbox announced yesterday that the newest DLC campaign for Borderlands 2 will drop on November 20th, and is titled “Mr.Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage.”

Borderlands Legends is a real thing it seems, as the mobile spin-off has been leaked for iOS platforms via an advert that some rabid/inquisitive NeoGAF  folk dug up over the weekend. Immerse yourself in the factoids after the break.
