A few days ago, Greg Miller of IGN posted his review of Dead Space 2. Shortly after, Reddit, one of the largest English-speaking online communities around, made a point to call out Greg Miller, on the fact that his review reads like it was written by a middle-schooler. Read the opening paragraph from Miller’s review to see for yourself.
Dead Space 2 is an amazing game. I’m going to write about its scary moments, cool kills, and how much I dig the main character’s internal struggle, but Dead Space 2 is about more than this. When I beat it for the first time, I sat on the couch with my heart racing and dissected the journey I had just taken. Then, I started my second playthrough, and when that was done, I jumped into a new game for the third time. Dead Space 2 is just that good.
To be perfectly honest, I would have to agree with the notion that the review was poorly-written. The term “middle-schooler” seems to be a fairly accurate description, in my opinion.

…The DLC for Gears 1 & 2, of course! What else would it be?
VG247 tells us that the pack will have the two games, as well as the DLCs All Fronts and Road to Ruin, while Map Pack 1 and Hidden Fronts will be given as a download code.
A nice deal, but the title seems wildly misleading.
This morning we got news from the Square Enix press event in Japan about plenty of Final Fantasy titles, including the rumored Final Fantasy XIII-2. The game will act like X-2 before it, set in the same world, focused on the same characters, and is due out in 2011, at least in Japan.
