Now this sounds cool. EA Sports has just revealed in a press release that Tiger Woods 11 will be hitting stores on June 8, and to boot, the PS3 version will come with support for the PS3 motion controller.
The PS3 motion controller itself is due for release near the end of the year.
EA Sports is expected to show more details on this at GDC later today.

God of War III Senior Producer Steve Caterson spoke with Industry Gamers and said that the God of War III team has “no idea” when or what their next project is going to be.
“I have no idea! I just finished three years of my life on God of War III and seven years on the God of War series – I have kids younger than that! We’re excited to work on large projects but it’s not a decision that’s made flippantly and we’re going to take our time with it,” said Caterson.
“The only game I had the chance to play through the past few years was Dead Space; there are other games that have released that I want to have a chance to sit down and have those experiences! Actually playing some of those great games out there and seeing what other developers are doing… I’m looking for to it – that’s the best part of finishing a game!”
When asked about the possibility of making another God of War game for the franchise, Caterson responded:
“Well, God of War III is the end of the trilogy. We didn’t leave you on a cliffhanger but I think it’s not the end of the franchise. I’m looking forward to do something different if we can. It also might be nice to return to the franchise if we can and bring all that knowledge back from wherever we go. Anything’s possible. It’s premature to say what it might be, since I don’t even know what I’ll be doing next week!”
Well, there you have it. Stay tuned for updates on the God of War team’s reactions to the Battlestar Galactica finalé and what they had for dinner.
Well, North American sites have joined in on the Final Fantasy XIII review extravaganza, but it seems that Edge has the most scathing review so far, especially since the majority of reviews have been fairly positive.

Take Two confirmed that Borderlands has hit the 2 million units sold mark and still climbing! Good news, because Borderlands is an awesome game and is only more awesome because of the multiplayer aspect.
Not only that, more DLC is on the way! What’s that? More DLC? After three new add-ons already?
You betcha!
If you haven’t gotten Borderlands yet, go get it! It’s a sweet game, and with The Secret Armory of General Knoxx, The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, and Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot as add-ons, there’s plenty of hours to invest in the game.
Yesterday a “Surprise Sony sequel” was teased on GameTrailers TV, and for a while the internet was abuzz with speculation. So give thanks to Sony for mucking it all up. The surprise sequel, you ask? SOCOM 4. Feels a bit anti-climactic if you ask me.
The all new SOCOM is being developed by Zipper Interactive, the developer of MAG for the same console. The game’s story will take place in South Easy Asia in which “a revolutionary army has seized control of a country bordering one of the world’s most vital waterways; threatening to disrupt he global economy,” according to the European PS Blog.
“Your mission is to step into the well-worn boots of the Ops Com, a NATO Operations Commander of an elite, five-man squad. You must venture deep into inhospitable jungles, city streets and crumbling urban ruins to engage an army of rebel fighters and discover their plans.
Although you’re vastly outnumbered, you’re armed with the latest weaponry and your men are second to none – but do you possess the stealth, speed and tactical thinking to lead them to victory? Time is not on your side: you have just six days to complete your mission. To emerge victorious, you must lead from the front, maintain control of the situation and fight with sheer intensity.”
Online the game promises matches for up to 32 players and realism that “will be second to none”. No release date has been revealed yet. IGN has the full scoop.
Lucky European folks who haven’t bought Batman: Arkham Asylum are about to get treated to a Game of the Year Edition on March 26th.

Boss of Grasshopper Manufacture Goichi Suda (otherwise known as Suda-51) is known for being one of the biggest auteurs within the games industry. The man is known for producing some fairly quirky, but very original games. So what’s next for Suda-51? Project Natal and PlayStation Arc.
In an interview with GameSpot UK, Suda said he was interested in making games geared towards the new forms of motion control.
“I will make some original IP to fit that control system.”
That’s basically a confirmation, isn’t it?
He also expressed an interest in making a game similar to Heavy Rain, but said such an endeavor would be difficult to make with “the current generation” of Japanese game developers.
Just Cause 2 demo is now available on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network.
