Sony Online Entertainment announced that they have canceled espionage MMO The Agency and gone through a company-wide reorganization process that will see over 200 employees laid off, closing studios in Denver, Seattle and Tucson.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I love me some Resident Evil. It’s easily one of my favorite gaming series ever produced, and typically continues to get better and better. However, one thing Capcom has been guilty of is milking the Resident Evil series for everything it’s worth, and regurgitating games time after time.

Siliconera has today turned up listings for two new trademark applications by Namco Bandai, relating to the cult roll-em-up Katamari franchise. Both the terms ”Katamari Amore” and “Katamari Amore Rolling Whopper“was submitted to the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (the trademark registry for the EU), suggesting that a new Katamari game may be in the works.
