Developers have been whispering for a while now about the "PSP2", without anyone saying exactly WHAT it is, but it seems Engadget has that answer. They've somehow gotten their paws on a very early prototype of what is clearly a Playstation Phone.

I just keep getting more and more excited for this game. This is the 3rd Birthday trailer from Tokyo Game Show this year, but it’s the extended cut that was shown behind closed doors. Square-Enix has treated us to the whole thing. Happy watching!
