Jonatan Söderström of Dennaton Games, the developers behind the mind-shatteringly brilliant Hotline Miami, has told handheld gaming specialist website Pocket Gamer, that they’re looking into bring the game to a number of Sony formats in the future. In a blatant case of one of the best things ever, Revolution Software have said that they will be making a sequel to Beneath A Steel Sky despite the fact that the company was over $200,000 short of the Kickstarter funding target that they originally needed. Read more after the break.

As everyone knows the Tokyo Game Show is going on right now and IGN figured out just what’s being displayed there. And as it turns out, of the 715 games on display, 507 are for phones or tablets. With the recently announced Broken Sword 5 Kickstarter now meeting its funding goal, developer Revolution Software have clarified the ‘stretch goals’ that they have for additional funding amounts beyond their inital goal of $400,000. Chief among these and certainly the most expensive of these stretch goals is the nerdgasmic promise to greenlight a sequel to classic 90′s point and click masterpiece, Beneath a Steel Sky, should the funding amount reach a cool $1,000,000.
