I was going to make a “fist” joke in the header for Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage 2, but I couldn’t think of anything clean enough for a headline.

This week’s eShop update from Nintendo isn’t the biggest around, and there’s a bit of older content being released, but the good stuff is really good this week. Get all the info on the latest Wii U and Nintendo 3DS digital offerings after the jump!

Wii U eShop update for 2/7

  • Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage 2 – $59.99 – The Wii U gets the sequel to the underrated and underloved beat em up that originally hit the Xbox 360 and PS3. No disc release, so $60 for a digital download is your only option!

3DS eShop update for 2/7

  • Mega Man 2 (NES Virtual Console) – $4.99 – I don’t need to describe this all time classic. You just need to buy it for the 80th time just like I am.
  • Splinter Cell 3D – $29.99 – A digital offering of a 3DS launch title. If you don’t own it already, not sure why you’d have been waiting for the digital release, but here it is!
  • Rayman 3D – $29.99 – Same as above, but with a much better game than Splinter Cell 3D was.
  • Ah! Heaven – $1.99 – A platformer with 24 stages where you race to beat the best times. Also, a visual style reminiscent of Okami. Cheap and pretty! (Also available on the Nintendo DSi Shop for 200 Nintendo Points)
  • Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan (DEMO) – I’ve raved about this game for a while now and now I can finally shut up, download the demo, and then have all my data transfer over when the full game releases. CUZ IT DOES THAT!
  • Fire Emblem: Awakening – $39.99 – Yes, I mentioned this last week and it came out this past Monday, but it’s REALLY hard to find in some areas and people are flipping it for $70+ on eBay, so screw the scalpers and just buy the digital game for normal price. The game is amazing. Play it any way you can.
