Remember when I said that PSN would be down all day Thursday? Well evidentially it went down, and then never came back. In fact it’s still down right now.
An earlier tweet today claimed it would be back by 8 p.m. tonight (Friday) but the PlayStation Knowledge Center says it’s more likely to be around 9 p.m.

Think positive, maybe it’ll go down all week and then they’ll give us free games to compensate like the did for that hacking incident.
This is ridiculous!! An email should have went out before it went down, and I agree we should be compensated for something! For cryin out loud Xbox isn’t even this lame and I’m Sony 100% well I was now its more like 75% and still falling
Gotta wonder if something major is going on and they just aren’t saying anything given how long it’s been down and the fact that they aren’t giving ANY details as to why it’s been down much longer than expected.
Routine maintenance on a Thursday is now on “Hey, what the hell?” maintenance on a Saturday. Not good.
Seriously.
It came back early this morning, but there’s no word from Sony about what the hold up was. Just one of those ‘Thank you for your patience’ messages.
