Man, Aksys Games is on a roll lately, aren’t they?

First they released the stellar Virtue’s Last Reward on the Vita and 3DS, then they announced the pretty awesome looking Hakuoki: Warriors of the Shinsengumi for PSP, and now they are the company releasing the remake of the incredible Wii title¬†Muramasa: The Demon Blade for the PlayStation Vita under the title Muramasa: Rebirth.

Muramasa Rebirth is completely redesigned for the PS Vita with high res graphics, a complete relocalization, and enhanced controls which hopefully means there’s a dedicated jump button now instead of pressing up. That might work in fighters, but in an action game?

In addition to the full original game, there will also be four new additional scenarios featuring different characters available as DLC, because you know, EVERY game needs DLC these days.

Keep up to date on all the happenings with Muramasa Rebirth, including a release date which is yet unknown, over at the official website!
