That’s right, when you pre-order some games you were going to buy anyway, you get a free 1600 Microsoft Point card, that’s the $20 card for those of you that can’t think in arbitrary point values. Ten games are part of this offer including GTA V, Dead Space 3 and Tomb Raider. The only catch is you have to pre-order them from Microsoft, which probably doesn’t net you whatever cool pre-order bonuses you’d get at say GameStop or Best Buy. But it’s worth a look.

Just a note to people considering this and who don’t care about retailer preorder bonuses: DO IT.
I picked up a few last fall when they ran a similar promotion and every single game arrived on release day, except one game which showed up 2 days later, but that’s only because A GODDAMN MEGA-HURRICANE destroyed the east coast.
Microsoft kicked ass getting the games shipped out and to you super fast, so I’m probably gonna grab a few of these myself from there.
