Capcom, being the good sports that they are, have confirmed that the Dragon’s Dogma expansion, Dark Arisen, will not only ship in late April for a modest price tag of $39.99, but will also package the original game in their too, creating a purchase that is quite value-centric indeed.
Additionally, Capcom have also included a number of improvements to the original game such as “travel improvements” and “a more intuitive menu system” among otther improvements to create what will essentially be a Game of the Year edition of Dragon’s Dogma.
Dragon’s Dogma’s: Dark Arisen will hit North America on April 23rd, with Europe receiving the game three days later on April 26th.
For those who own the original game, not only are your saves transferable, but you’ll also receive ”100,000 Rift Crystals, unlimited Ferrystones and the Gransys Armour Pack consisting of six brand new costumes for free.”
Can’t say fairer than that I guess.
The actual Dark Arisen expansion contains such delectable new things as a massive new underground realm to explore containing over 25 new enemies, additional skills, gear, augments and 14 new character and pawn augments to name just a few of its features.
