The id Software wasteland first person shooter RAGE, released in October of last year to pretty solid reviews, has finally let loose some new DLC today.
This incredibly timely bit of DLC, entitled The Scorchers, is an all new adventure spanning six all new areas where you fight with all new allies, defending a settlement from all new enemies. It also features an all new season of Mutant Bash TV, all new minigames, all new Nailgun to wield. There’s a metric shit-ton of all newness to enjoy!
In addition to all of the all new newness, it includes a new “Ultra Nightmare” difficulty to make you hate life as well as an “Extended Play” option finally giving you the chance to play after the original ending of the game. You know, like all games should allow you to do by now.
This all new RAGE DLC, The Scorchers, is available now in the US for 400 Microsoft Points on the Xbox 360, and $4.99 on both the PS3 and PC via Steam. All you Europeans get it tomorrow, which is probably today by the time you read this, so this sentence is pointless.
