First off: Hell yes. What an awesome week of DLC!

Secondly: Six singles, six bands, great variety. NIN, Crossfade, Dragonforce, and more.

Thirdly: New Taproot among others with the new Rock Band Network stuff.

Check after the break for the full run down of this awesome, awesome week in Rock Band 3 and Rock Band Blitz DLC!

Rock Band DLC for 11/20

  • Nine Inch Nails – Closer
  • Crossfade – Cold
  • Dragonforce – Cry Thunder
  • Modern English – I Melt With you
  • The Band – The Weight (Live)
  • The Allman Brothers Band – Jessica

Each track runs $1.99 on the PS3, 160 Microsoft Points on the Xbox 360, and 200 Wii Points on the Wii. The Weight and Jessica get pro guitar upgrades this week for $.99/160 MS Points/100 Wii Points.

On top of that awesome lineup, PS3 users get the following five tracks from Rock Band Network. All of the songs are only a buck this week, with the exception of one.

  • Chaotrope – Entropy/Extropy
  • Mystakin – The Consequences
  • Toby Turner – I Can Swing My Sword (ft. Terabrite)
  • Vangough – Drained
  • X-Y – Superficial ($1.99)

Lastly, I already mentioned that Taproot is in Rock Band Network for Xbox 360 from this past week, but it brought some awesome songs with it! All songs are 160 Microsoft Points unless otherwise noted.

  • The Dillinger Escape Plan – Gold Teeth on a Bum
  • The Dillinger Escape Plan – Gold Teeth on a Bum (2x Bass Pedal)
  • Icon & The Black Roses – Black Rose (80 MSP)
  • John Parr – St. Elmo’s Fire (Man in Motion)
  • John Parr – Tim Tebow’s Fire  [Really? We get THIS song...?]
  • The Minotaur Project – Rampage of Kronos (2x Bass Pedal) (80 MSP)
  • Taproot – No Surrender

So again: Hell yes, what an awesome week of Rock Band! I’m absolutely pumped to see Crossfade in the game, but I can only wish it was a newer track. Their new album is amazing and I’d love to see some of it hit Rock Band. Then again, I was positive they’d never hit the game to begin with, so I’m just happy to get this! And more Nine Inch Nails? Good God yes.

Great week, Harmonix! Great effing week!

We leave you with this week’s video preview of the DLC courtesy of Harmonix and the awesome dudes at RockBandAide.
