The free to play Xbox Live Arcade title Happy Wars is set to make it’s debut next Friday, October 12th. Sadly, silver members need not apply as this game looks to be for Xbox Live Gold Members only given that it’s primarily an online title.

Also of note is that although the game itself is free to download, there WILL be microtransactions involved if you are interested in getting yourself some sweet in game gear and outfits. Those items are also attainable using Happy Stars earned in game, so don’t feel that you are forced into paying cash for your stuff.

I’ve given the game a few rounds myself and it was quite fun, so I’m looking forward to next Friday to get some real hands on time with the full version of the game. Anybody else grabbing this? Let’s all team up online and form Team GamingVault and beat the ish out of everybody else. We got this!
