New York Comic-Con, that relatively dependable bastion of movie, comic and videogame geekery, has been utilised by developer Cryptic to unleash a brand-new, combat focused trailer for their upcoming online Dungeons & Dragons title, Neverwinter.

Showing off some reasonably detailed environments and enemies, as well as a combat system that doesn’t look a million miles divorced from the likes of World of Warcraft, Neverwinter regardless aims to be less of a spawning grind-fest; the sort which has effectively saturated the MMORPG genre, and more of a story based affair with noted similarities to other games such as Dragon Age or Skyrim.
