Borderlands Legends is a real thing it seems, as the mobile spin-off has been leaked for iOS platforms via an advert that some rabid/inquisitive NeoGAF  folk dug up over the weekend.

The advert indicates that the game will have randomly generated missions and that players will be able to select the familiar faces of Roland, Lilith, Mordecai and Brick as they take on hordes of enemies in a bid to gain those precious levels, all that shiny XP and of course, brand new weapons.

While the exact nature of the gameplay isn’t certain at this point, the mention of a cover system seems to indicate that at the very least, it’ll be a third-person shooter instead of the first-person madness typified by the series to date.
