Everybody was pretty surprised when Gearbox moved the release date of Gaige the Mechromancer in Borderlands 2 from next Tuesday to this past Tuesday. Well they are at it again…

Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty, the first official campaign DLC for Borderlands 2 is releasing…. On Tuesday! It is the first of four campaign add-on’s announced by Gearbox and will run $9.99 on PS3/PC and 800 Microsoft Points on the Xbox 360. It is also part of the Season Pass which runs $29.99/2400 MSP.

Keep your eyes peeled on the Gearbox website as well as our own site for any further information. I can’t wait to see what the next Borderlands surprise release is. They seem to be having fun with this…
