Continually proving that LEGO games can be a right old hoot to play, developers Traveller’s Tales may have created the greatest LEGO licensed game yet with LEGO City Undercover for the Wii U.

Boasting a massive open-world, lashings of that loveable LEGO charm and humour, LEGO City Undercover underpins it all with gameplay that takes notable cues from not only its own stud collecting heritage, but also from Rockstar‘s hugely popular Grand Theft Auto franchise too.

With charm to spare and gameplay that seems far more open and varied than typical LEGO licensed fare, the optimist in me reckons that this will be one to look out for; whether you’re a LEGO fan or not.
