With yesterday’s Assassins Creed fan tribute doing the rounds, we are being treated to yet more fan created video homagery.

This time, we’re looking at a teaser for something called ‘Final Fantasy VII: The Movie‘.  Take a peek yourself after the jump.

Focusing on the scene where Aerith meets Cloud in the diplated church within Midgar, the film-makers appear to have nailed the look and feel of the scene quite well indeed.

While it does look impressive, I sincerely doubt that it’ll ever evolve into anything more ambitious; especially considering how protective Square-Enix are of their properties.
