It’s been a pretty slow news day when it comes to Nintendo, so I figured I’d throw you guys a bone by revealing this week’s new titles for the 3DS eShop! We get some unique platforming action, an on rails shooter, a bookstore sim, and a classic Game Boy hidden gem all in a single week! Check the full list of games after the jump.

This week’s 3DS eShop update includes:

  • Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon (Game Boy Virtual Console) – Insanely difficult Game Boy iteration of the top down action/adventure series – $2.99
  • Fractured Soul – Classic platforming action with a unique dual screen simultaneous gameplay twist! – $11.99
  • Heavy Fire: Special Operaions 3D – On rails shooter featuring on ground, in vehicle, and in air shooting action. – $4.99
  • Bookstore Dream – A bookstore owning sim game. Live the dream, baby! – $1.99 (Also available on the Nintendo DSi Shop for 200 Nintendo Points)

Looks like a pretty solid week, all around. Fractured Soul looks incredibly innovative and unique and despite the high price, appears to be well worth the cost. I’m also a Goemon fan, so I’ll probably pick up that Game Boy title despite it not being nearly as good as the true SNES classic. If you have a Wii, you owe it to yourself to grab The Legend of the Mystical Ninja!
We will leave you this week with the Fractured Soul trailer so you can get a better idea of the insanity of this game.

  2. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this
topic to be really something that I think I would never understand.
It seems too complex and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
