Some of you may be aware of Michael Inglis, the guy who made the really cool Portal and Final Fantasy LEGOs? Well he submitted his designs for Legend of Zelda LEGOs to LEGO CUUSOO, the official forum for submissions for new LEGOs.

His design reached the necessary amount of supporters (10,000) and it’s going to be viewed by the LEGO board in September.  You can check out his submission and the status here. Granted even if this passes the approval process, LEGO would still have to gain rights and licensing from Nintendo, but this is still a pretty awesome first step.
