They just keep coming don’t they?

The fourth video to come along and sex up our retinas on this day is the ‘Daring Escapes’ trailer for Bethesda’s ‘Dishonored’; showcasing three separate escape routes that the protagonist Corvo can take as he attempts to flee Boyle Mansion.

In the video below, we can see the player mixing up all sorts of powers to escape including using the ‘Blink’ ability to teleport from one location to another, the ‘Bend time’ ability to enter into slow motion in order to do hostile folks in and finally, the ‘Possession’ ability, which allows our hero to (you guessed it) to enter the flesh of anything with a pulse and use their unique physiology to his advantage.

This is one game I simply couldn’t be more excited about if I tried.  Everything from the multiple paths to mission success, the massively varied powers you have access to, the setting… just all of it really, really appeals to me.

Dishonored is due to release October 9th this year in the US and then three days later on October 12th in Europe for 360, PS3 and PC platforms.
