Those loveable RPG rogues over at Bioware have today confirmed that Wii U owners who fancy themselves a bit of Mass Effect 3, will get access to the recently released extended cut DLC right off the disc from day one.
Producer of the Mass Effect series, Micahel Gamble, said – “The extended ending is basically going to be part of the game instead. You won’t have to download it.”
The Nintendo crowd also have something else to cheer about too, since as well as a bunch of new cut-scenes embellishing what a saint or jerk you’ve been, they’ll also receive all of the DLC to date for Mass Effect 3 when they purchase it on the Wii U
Well that’s swell then.
The confirmation of the extended cut content being in the game as well as all of the other downloadable content, is the first we’ve heard of the game since it’s surprise debut at Nintendo’s E3 presser, where it was shamefully relegated to a ten second slot in their third-party sizzle reel.
Mass Effect 3 is available to purchase right now on Xbox 360, PS3 & PC formats. A release date for the Wii U version has yet to be announced, but somewhere in the launch window of the Wii U console seems likely.
