EA, Zynga, and even Microsoft have come together with other companies and parties in a formal amicus brief that straight up opposes the United States’ Defense of Marriage Act.

The companies say that the act is unfair, discriminatory, hurts morale, and even brings up some contentious subjects within the companies themselves. Other companies in the amicus brief include Starbucks, Viacom, and even the cities of San Francisco and New York and are urging the US’ Ninth Circuit Court to find parts of the act unconstitutional.
