Ubisoft demoed the new Rayman Legends, an upcoming launch title for the Wii U. In this game, which plays much like Rayman Origins did, one player uses the Wii U Gamepad and controls a new character: Murphy. The game will support five players, four using regular controllers and one with the Gamepad, the player using the Gamepad will have more of a support role than a playing role as Murphy can see things on the Gamepad screen that others can’t. He’s also necessary in order to solve certain puzzles and proceed in the game.

They only demoed it with three players and already the gameplay looked hectic, with five it’s bound to be chaotic, which should make for a great time considering how fluid everything looks.
