UK retailer GAME will not be stocking Mistwalker‘s The Last Story.

In a statement to VG 24/7, the GAME representative had this to say:

There is a lot activity going on in our stores and online this weekend including the releases of Syndicate: Executive Edition, Jak & Daxter Collection, Zumba Fitness Rush, Binary Domain, and Fallout New Vegas: Ultimate Edition. The Last Story, for the Wii, is not in stock and we have apologised to any customers this has affected.

All pre-orders for the title have been cancelled and customers anticipating its release will have their £5.00 deposit refunded.

The Last Story isn’t the only title to be affected by the turbulence the company is seeing, since the entire Ubisoft Vita launch line-up was nowhere to be found and Tekken Prime 3D for the 3DS was absent as well.
