Ubisoft wants to bring you a better product, so the Rocksmith team has set up a survey asking you a bunch of questions about the awesome guitar game. Questions include the standard fare of your gender and other demographic questions, but also include how you got started on Rocksmith, bands and artists you’d like to see in the game, and other features that would make the game even better.

After you complete the survey, leave your email address and you’ll be entered to win one of three Gibson SG Special guitars!

Take the survey!

I think this game is great!! I loved it from the moment I started it up on my xbox. Although I was having problems with the riff repeater (which you guys fixed). I really do think there needs to be more and better choices of songs to play. Another thing I think would be interesting in different tunings. But other than these things I mentioned, this game is spectacular in my eyes. Its really helped me evolve my skills and understandings with the guitar since I’m just a beginner.

This game is great! It’s not only helped me to play better and recognize all of the bad habits I’d picked up over the years, but it’s helping me to learn to play guitar better with other guitar players utilizing multi-player mode. We’d purchased the extra cable on pre-sale along with the game knowing full well we’d be playing 2 player a lot.

I can’t wait to see if there’s a bass guitar version in the future – my husband’s a bass player and while he’s really doing well and learning a lot on guitar, I know it would be great if he could play his bass on the game and I could then learn bass guitar also!

I think I was the first in louisville to buy one at game stop opened late that nite I got it at 1201 the day it was released and was not disappointed it lived up to my expectations I have learned a ton of cords some bad ass techniques some of the songs I don’t like but they are good training and thats why I play them any way to be a good guitarist you need to play it all all that being said I have to thank ubisoft I think you done an awesome job it’s good for beginners and advanced and all in between I personally been playing for awhile and still enjoy it

I was very sceptical with how Rocksmith was going to perform, and was very hesitant to go ahead and purchase the product. My knowledge of the guitar was very little aside from what I’ve learned, the FIRST TIME trying this instrument. Rocksmith’s Tutoring forum/game helps so much with its unorthadox style of teaching, Colour coding! who would of thought that colour coding was going to help me learn notes and chords while learning some great classic songs. Playing mini games to learn techniques is actually fun. Rocksmith, You made Learing Music Fun for all ages I can’t wait to get home to continue learning, that is saying alot as I have a very short attention span. I think Rocksmith is going to give people of all ages a New, Easy, Fun and affordable way to learn an instrument. All in All I think Rocksmith did a GREAT Job and I thank you because I gave up on the guitar a long time ago. Keep up the good work! Last thing I enjoyed the new bonus songs but would appricate a much larger selection (in due time I’m sure) NoW Please Give ME MY FREE GUITAR (na all jokes aside thanx Rocksmith!

Good start, what I would like to see in the riff repeater is a section loop so you can practice the parts that you have trouble with instead of loading the riff all over again. It would save a lot of time. And why do you have to tune your guitar every single time?

Where do I start, Rocksmith has drawn me back to what I love, music!!!!!! Having played guitar for 5 years this game is my life. the library of songs is amazing, with tons of dlc content. The fact is this game is for experienced guitar players, having said that dont let it stop you. You will learn guitar. But it helps to already know how to play.

love this game in the old days i had to jam along with a cassette tape and was stuck with the limited effect cheap pedal and guessing what chords are being played. thats whats awsome about rock smith is u get thousand of dollars worth of effects with the game! and note for note instructions. never thought i could play rush but in 20 min can learn and rock out. so awsome. my gripe is no online game play. be cool to jam with other people and learn from each other. plus i need more hard rock. not a fan of fall out boy or the strokes or other like bands. rember the name is rocksmith.. so lets get some more high energy rock and a online patch could change this game and make it more desireable for the masses. buy this game!!!!!!!!!!
