At Nintendo’s Tokyo Game Show press conference the company announced that upcoming Legend of Zelda game, Skyward Sword was slated to have multiple modes adding a significant amount of gameplay. After beating the game initially you have the option to continue Link’s quest in a second runthrough or a boss challenge mode equaling an additional 50-100 hours of play time.

No details on the modes were released but they did confirm the game will have an Ocarina of Time style hint system.
