As if Sonic Generations wasn’t awesome enough on its own, SEGA announced that one of the characters making an appearance is none other than Shadow the Hedgehog. Like we didn’t already have enough reasons to buy the game.

Shadow joins as another antagonist to the Fastest Thing Alive, likely to appear in reworked levels for Sonic Adventure 2. Previously announced was Metal Sonic as our speedster’s foe, but no accompanying stages have been detailed. Here’s hoping for something from Knuckles’ Chaotix!
