I’m sure you all remember the DLC from this week. Well, there’s a playthrough of DragonForce‘s “Through the Fire and the Flames” by one poor unfortunate soul who was brave enough to endeavor this seemingly impossible task for Rock Band 3.

I’ll spare you any more pleasantries. Words cannot describe. The horror…the horror….

  1. Harmonix totally put this song up just to troll everyone.

    @Michael O’Connor, I give it one month.

    Also, really, the first person to send me a video of them next to 100% on PRO Guitar gets something amazing from me personally.

  2. Joe Pomerening says:

    I don’t think even Dragonforce could score well on this. That’s insane.

    @Joe Pomerening,

    Seeing as how they only get it right half the time live, that’s not saying much. They’re a terrible live act.

  3. Chris Phillips says:

    Man, how are you even supposed to see what you’re playing? SO MANY NUMBERS.

    I’m actually impressed that this guy did as well as he did considering.

    But lets be fair; Dragonforce wouldn’t be able to do this anyway – they play it all slower, then speed it up in the mix.
    :P

  4. Herman S. Lilleng says:

    Nnnn… Nnnnoooo…. Wha…. No.

    @Herman S. Lilleng, The legacy chart scares me enough. This is just nightmarish.

    Also, I tried my hand at Expert Tiny Plastic Guitar yesterday.

    lol just like playing Guitar Hero 3. Did great on Hard, though.

    @Kyle Gaddo, “Just like playing Guitar Hero 3″

    You mean half the notes were out of synch and had absolutely no sense of rhythm to them at all?

    @Michael O’Connor, Nah, the song totally made sense for GH3. It was one of the few that did.

    I’m hoping for “Cult of Personality” soon, though.
