There’s only four days left to vote for the BAFTA GAME Award 2010!
The BAFTAs are one of the most sought-after prizes given out during the awards season. It’s mostly associated with the film and television industries from which it derives its name (British Academy of Film and Television Arts), but since 2006 they have held a separate awards ceremony honouring the work of the videogames industry.
Last year’s big winners included Batman Arkham Asylum, Uncharted 2, and FIFA 10.
The only one of the 17 awards to be put to a public vote, the BAFTA GAME Award is our chance to decide which of the nominated shortlist deserves to walk away with this prestigious award. Last year saw Call of Duty: Modern Warfare walk away with the top prize. This year, the nominees are:
- Call of Duty: Black Ops
- Dance Central
- FIFA 11
- Halo Reach
- Heavy Rain
- Limbo
- Mass Effect 2
- Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit
- Red Dead Redemption
- Super Mario Galaxy 2
