  1. In before anyone else says it…

    C-C-C–COMBO BREAKER!

Rare, Midway and Nintendo. Three of the most important companies in my life in the 90′s. Not a huge fan of the review(er), I like the technical aspect to the review style, but wouldn’t make me want to play the game. Needs more playing and less tech. Great game though, and it does make me want to play it again since I was a huge fan. Reminds me of the arcade days where I’d wait in line to play against adults as a 4th grader and give them a solid ass kicking. Thanks for the nostalgia! Also, Spinal was here, Glacius is a tool.

I never played Killer Instinct. The one thing this series has taught me is how much I’ve missed out on some really great games.

No footage or proper mention of KI:Gold? :O

@blazelion, He did mention that Killer Instinct was ported to the N64. That was KI:Gold, wasn’t it?

@blazelion, @blazelion, Heyblazelion and everyone else! Actually if you watch the show again, you will see I talked about KI Gold at 8:05.

” Killer instinct never officially made it to the N64, however it did get a special port called KI Gold, which is basically KI 2 in the flesh, just with some added effects, moves and special features”

So I did mention it. I didn’t want to talk about it too much because I plan on doing a review on it someday. I wanted to make sure i put all my energy on the immediate game, the arcade version and its counterpart for SNES.

    Have a good one guys!
