So, a trailer for the upcoming Prince of Persia movie has just been released, and by the looks of it, it will be far more faithful to the source material than the vast majority of video game movies have been up to now.

THey seem to be taking the Silent Hill approach to making videogame movies: taking a core concept and characters and tweaking it slightly. Obviously it won’t be exactly like the videogame, but I was actually pretty impressed. The snarky comments between the Prince and Farah seemed to be taken almost exactly from the game. Loved it.
