You’ll get the distribution chains, the staff (if you want to keep them), and all of the back issues currently in stock.

Jeez sounds crazy, there was me thinking there might be some debt need paying off as well (hearing business’ sold for just £1). If i had alot of money i would prob bid for the hell of it :)
