Now available on your Xbox 360… a virtual fireplace.
Featuring ‘realistic smoldering embers and flickering flames,’ XNA user SniperED007’s Fireplace is ‘the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening.’
There’s a free demo of it available on your Xbox 360 if you life in a region that has access to the Community Games, and the full thing is also available to buy on there for 400 MS points.
Shacknews even has a video of it in action.
Astounding stuff.

*laughs* You know, it’s actually not a bad idea. The PS3 has a virtual fishtank to download. Now the 360 has something similar. =P
400 MS Points (abour $6.00) is really excessive though. If it was, say 200 MS Points, I might actually have considerd it.

Considering all the killer fires Norway has been having recently, this could be a very good substitute for those who are afraid of burning their houses down.

*laughs* Well, tbh, I can always turn on my TV and use the fireplace that’s on that channel whenever I want to, but this is still useful if you ain’t got the channel.
I agree also, that it’s too pricey. Bring it down a notch, and it would be a “hot” item. *giggle*

Sorry, I’ll make a real fire if I want to see one.
That video doesn’t even look nice enough to make me want to pay $6 bucks to download this.
I’ll save the hard drive space, thanks.
