According to an IGN report, Nintendo has now confirmed that the DSi will be sporting 256 megs of internal Flash memory.
“The only piece of content available under the DSi Ware option at the moment is the free Opera browser. The download takes 85 blocks of your 1,024 block space.
While not listed in the system’s official specs, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata said during a recent investor briefing that the internal memory consists of 256 megabytes, which is “half that of the Wii.”

Confirmed: Nobody wants one.
@Michael O’Connor, was that a less than subtle hint to get me to stop posting DSi news? :P
@Jens Erik Vaaler, *laughs* No, just bemoaning the fact that it’s been selling terribly.
Yeah, I think it’s a little late now to do this. Really, DSi seems really unnecessary. They ought to work on the next generation of handhelds and use the success of the last model to fuel the creation of a new one.
